Celebrating the Values That Drive Us Forward Earlier this year, Ball Pro introduced our Core Values and launched the Core Values Recognition Program, a new initiative designed to celebrate the team members who bring our values to life each day. Our goal is simple: to recognize the people whose actions help strengthen our culture, support their teammates, and create exceptional experiences for our customers. Spotlight on Positive Energy This month, we highlighted our first core value: Positive Energy with Team Energy. "We show up with optimism, enthusiasm, and a belief that every challenge can be overcome. We champion each other and our customers." From lending a helping hand to encouraging teammates during busy days, Positive Energy is about creating an environment where everyone can succeed. It's the mindset that helps us tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and move forward together. The response to this month's recognition program was incredible. More than 40 employee nominations were submitted, showcasing the many ways our team members demonstrate this value every day. In fact, the voting was so close that it resulted in a tie. Congratulations to Sam and Shelley, our May Core Value Recognition winners! Their commitment to supporting others, maintaining a positive attitude, and embodying Team Energy made a lasting impression on their colleagues. How the Recognition Program Works From May through September, we will spotlight a different core value each month. Employees are encouraged to nominate coworkers who exemplify that month's featured value, helping us celebrate both major accomplishments and the everyday actions that make Ball Pro a great place to work. Each month, two team members will be selected to receive recognition and a branded gift. Then, in October, two employees who consistently demonstrate all five core values throughout the year will receive special recognition. The program is designed to foster appreciation, strengthen connections across teams, and highlight the positive impact employees have on one another. Building Our Culture Together One of the most rewarding aspects of this program has been seeing employees recognize the contributions of their peers. Every nomination tells a story of teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to living our values. As we continue rolling out and celebrating our core values throughout the year, we look forward to sharing more stories, recognizing more team members, and highlighting the behaviors that make our culture stronger.
